Siepe is seeking an experienced individual with a strong business acumen to execute a variety of operational objectives. As a member of the Siepe team, you will work closely with our product groups performing day-to-day functions, identifying operational improvements, and supporting the various lines of business. 

Responsibilities

    • Read and interpret agent bank notices, credit agreements, LSTA/ LMA Settlement documents, and other governing credit documents. 
    • Manage transactions for various asset classes and ensure all notifications are accurately processed.
    • Understand and resolve complex credit transactions.
    • Respond to the needs of clients and other third parties, while collaborating with the respective internal teams.
    • Maintain performance targets and quality control metrics.
    • Comply with standard policies and procedures.
    • Promote knowledge sharing and development.

Qualifications

    • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel required.
    • Solvas Portfolio/ CDO Suite experience is preferred.
    • Loan settlements experience is preferred.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
    • Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Skills

    • Knowledge of multiple asset class transactions and processing requirements.
    • Familiarity with the loan settlements process and settlement platforms.
    • Organized with great time management skills and an ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
    • Shows initiative and takes ownership of job responsibilities, performing duties accurately and timely.
    • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work outputs.
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, self-starter, and a challenge-seeker.
